The O.T. Mining Corporation, a Montana company, is traded on the OTC Pink Sheets (www.pinksheets.com) under the symbol OTMN. Its assets consist of 100% ownership (less a 3% Net Smelter Royalty - NSR) of the 21.3 square mile Ruby Property, the Basin Mill in Jefferson County, Montana and a substantial (4,742,618 shares or 21.1%) ownership interest in Namex Explorations Inc., a Canadian junior exploration company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol NME.

As of December 31, 2006, The O.T. had 10,853,236 shares issued and 1,880,439 options and warrants outstanding. The number of fully diluted shares is 12,733,675.

The O.T. Mining Corporation was incorporated in the State of Montana in 1980 as Ruby Resources of Montana Inc. On May 4, 1987, the Company’s name was changed to The O.T. Mining Corporation (“The O.T.”) and began trading in October 1987 under the symbol OTMN.
